Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride
Roles: Skin conditioning, Fragrance

Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride is an emollient that also hydrates the skin without leaving a fatty film. When applied, the component feels smooth and light. In haircare products, it’s also used for hydrating purposes. It makes hair silky, lowers tangling, and makes hair smooth.

It’s safe for most people, except for people with allergic reactions to coconut or palm oil because these oils are usually used for producing the component.

Pros: Hydrates, soaks in fast
Cons: -

The cream is good for people with dry skin. But not all the people with dryness will find it good. It’s mostly for those people with normal to dry skin, somewhere between. The tube says it’s good if you don’t have enough of your own sebum. The cream soaks in pretty fast and sometimes I reapply it if I feel dryness after the first application. It’s a good moisturizer, but not the strongest one. I recommend to give it a try. As for the packaging, the tube was sealed and for me it’s a good sign that manufacturer really cares about customers. The product doesn’t suffer from oxidation in this case.
