Pros: Higher topical levels of vit A with this cream does show an improvement in texture and overall complextion.
Cons: One needs to make sure your skin is used to higher levels of vit A prior to using this or one can experience a retinoid reaction. I feel this is not adequate for very cold and dry climates, one needs additional barrier product or moisture.
Higher level of vit A in a topical cream helps the skin reach better overall glow and functionality. Long term usage 10 years plus of this product I have noticed in myself and own family even amongst a set of twins the ultra cream user twin looks much more youthful then the non user.
